Responsibilities

- Preferably with at least 1-2 years working experience in shopping centre management, retail, marketing or event management environment.
- Liaise with other departments regarding tenant’s operation matters.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak
- Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
- Tactful and able to excel within pressure-driven environment.
- Meticulous and self-motivated. - Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply.
- The candidate will be given on-the-job training in Kuala Lumpur, before he/she is transferred to Mid Valley Southkey, Johor Bahru

Requirements

- A Diploma or Degree qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations or equivalent.

Responsibilities

- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to handle customers’ complaints and enquires effectively.
- Must have a valid motorcycle license.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work extended hours, shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

- At least 1 year working experience in similar capacity.
