Requirements

- Minimum SPM and above qualification.
- At least 1-year relevant working experience. 
- Able to work during weekends and Public Holidays.
- Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese to liaise with Chinese Speaking Customers.
- Computer literate.


Responsibilities

- To assist the Director of Car Park & Housekeeping in budget control of cleaning operations and recommend cost saving, control measures and improve productivity.
- To assist in the recruitment of all personnel for the operation.
- To ensure effective, efficient ad profitable control of the operation.
- To maintain and improve standard of cleaning services and meet the standards set by Director of Car Park & Housekeeping/Management.
- To draw up audit format and coordinate all audit functions as well as prepare monthly report.
- To identify, assess and provide training needs and the development of the staff.
- To provide assistance to the executive and supervisor in running the operations.
- To audit collection of waste disposal by trips.
- To assist DBKL inspector when they conduct monthly health inspection of the Mall.
- To coordinate with other departments on all related matters or as instructed by Director of Housekeeping. 
- To assist legal compliance in respect of employment procedures.
- Take full responsibility of Housekeeping Department.
- To lead all housekeeping staff and services contractors site team to achieve requirement performance.
- Educate all staff on their work etiquette and also monitor their attendance.

Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers.
