§  Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma qualification in any fields.

§  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

§  Preferably with 1-year related working experience in the cleaning orhousekeeping industry would be an added advantage

§  Good communication and interpersonal skills.

§  Computer literate.

§  Prepared to work shift, weekends and public holidays.


§  Provides overall coordination on buildingmaintenance and civil functions.

§  Lead maintenance ream on maintaining and upkeepall civil works i.e. internal and external structure, architecture and interiorfinishes, any temporary structure or protection and hoarding when necessary

§  Schedule daily work programmes for sectionteam.

§  Coordinates with inter-departments onMegamall’s upgrading works and tenants’ fit-out works.

§  Oversees and supervises issues relating to allM&E and tenant’s compliance

§  Regular maintenance on Megamall’s common areato ensure the systems are in good condition and minimize the time taken forbreakdown replacement.

§  Records and monitors maintenance andreplacement works done for tenants.

§  Coordinates and supervises works that carry outby contractors.

§  Identifying maintenance problem and propose forimprovement.

§  Execute or perform any task or assignment thatmay be assigned by the superior.


§  Minimum Diploma in Mechanical and Electricalqualification

§  Preferably at least 5years working experiencein similar field or in construction field.

§  Experience in large shopping centres orbusiness complexes will be an added advantage.

§  Easily adapting to change of demand andrequests.

§  Ability to organize and coordinates any eventsand preparing schedule.

§  Ability to lead the team.

§  Independent and possess good analytical skills.

§  Able to communicate clearly to any levels ofpeople.

§  Physically fit to carry out the job as hands-onis needed.



- Minimum SPM / Certificate or Diploma holder in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in warehouse and store management.
- Good interpersonal communication skills. 
- Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.



- A minimum Certificate/Diploma qualification in any field of studies.
- At least 1 year working experience in similar capacity.
- Able to work extended hours, shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
- Ability to handle customers’ complaints and enquires effectively. 
- Must have a valid motorcycle license.
